Call 816-858-5400 weekdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 – Noon or call 1-800-472-3272 during non-business hours.

When you call, please be prepared to share your name as it appears on your Debit Card and your Social Security Number.

If you report your card lost or stolen during non-business hours, please contact Platte Valley Bank to request a new Debit Card.  Please call 816-858-5400 during regular business hours or complete an online Debit Card request within Internet Banking.  To complete an online form, access your Internet Banking, click on Miscellaneous Online Requests, click on Apply Now next to Apply for a Debit Card and complete the online form.
